Thank you for choosing Estherize Books for your reading and learning journey. We truly appreciate your support.Because of the nature of our products and our print-on-demand model, all sales are final, with the exception of items that arrive damaged or with a printing/fulfillment error.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong title, format, or quantity
Disliking the content, theme, or writing style
Minor variations in color or print that do not affect readability.
All orders are considered final once they are placed and confirmed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we are happy to review and resolve the issue.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A brief description of the problem
Clear photos showing:
The damaged or defective area
The full book cover
The packaging (if damaged in transit)
After reviewing your request, we may offer one of the following, at our discretion:
A replacement copy of the same item, or
A store credit for use on a future purchase
Digital Products (eBooks, Downloadables, PDFs)
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases of:
Duplicate purchases caused by a technical error
File corruption or inability to access the file, which cannot be resolved by support
